I had a try of it at a 3 person LAN around 8 months ago, but it was pretty buggy...is the new version any better?

GTA III is fairly buggy still, but Vice City is alright, the only (noticeable) bug being that sometime when cars appear they look damaged..
Still fairly playable.

Yeah, I heard of MTA. Its "meh" for me. <_< I can't wait to see GTA4, it'll be on the next gen consoles and definitely be multiplayer/online!
