Mark this thread down to the big man (Big Scib Man to be exact) who suggested this perfect compromise here.
This thread is for all you web jockeys who have a site or a forum or a chat room that you wish to plug. To save Evo from several 'Here's my new site, come visit' and 'OMG!!!111 Hax0r, my site just reached v2.7 TANG for the r0x0r!g¿' threads, Scib suggested that one thread be made for members to plug there work.
This way those looking for other places are happy and those with no interest can easily avoid it.
Again, bravo!

However, it is under heavy construction, but will be up in about 2 months. That's my deadline. The whole thing is being done by me... everything. Design, scripting... everything. Heavy job, but needed a challenge.

I'm about to rant...
Nintendation, too me, is really lacking something. It's so conventional... so... bland. The design is fine, but suffers due to the boring updates layout... you need colour, graphics, a little bit of distinguishing, etc. It all looks the same.
Content-wise, it is also very weak. Where are the opinionated articles? The editorials? Articles? All it is is rehashed news with nothing to make it stand out from the pack. Some more colour and a few opinionated articles would really help. At the moment though, it's so generic and inferior to sites such as N--Sider, GCAdvanced, etc, and there are no redeeming features.
It's not bad... just not good.

I've been badgering Syb to make it so that we can have an image next to each news post for ages, but he has only now just started to do it now... >_<

As for the other stuff, we are still trying to get some of the cogs moving in the content department. ;)

Just went to Nintendation and it looks very promising but everything Moggo said is right. It is just news. You need independent articles, like say that Sharek guy from OAXM.
No matter what you think of the magazine or the guy it is controversial and it is always stirs up some shit. You need some opinionated articles and I'm sure there are many out there willing to write....
I look forward to seeing this site progress.

I agree with Moggo to be honest, and if you would like to write some articles for us Moggo, we'd appreciate it. I'm working on more reviews soon and will get onto some articles come my mid semester break.
