New James Bond Trailer!

Looks friggin awesome, didn't expect this until well into 2009. :o Movie looks great, trailer was for the most part very well done except when they completely forced in the opera bond theme at the end, doesn't flow well.

The release date has been Nov 08 since before Casino Royale came out. lol

Random Hero - July 1, 2008 07:37 AM (GMT)
Really? Well i'm a bit of a dolt then  Still, it's pretty impressive that it hasn't been delayed at all.

Yeah, they like setting dates way in the future. Like how Iron Man 2, Narnia 3, and the 2 Hobbit movies all have dates already.

SICK! Looks flippin sick.

Heck yeah I got goosebumps! And its my first most anticipated movie in 2 years.. second is dark knight :)

Eh, looks alright I guess :P I don't really like Daniel Craig which puts me off

Drake - July 1, 2008 11:54 AM (GMT)
You're kidding right? I thought he was so damn convincing as Bond in Casino Royale, imagine if Eric Bana got the part instead urgh!

/backslash - July 1, 2008 12:25 PM (GMT)
I dunno, he doesn't seem very Bond-y to me. I guess its because I grew up on the Pierce Bronsman franchise so I'm used to him instead. Wouldn't have minded Eric Bana but he's not exactly the 007 type

That's not James Bond!

Kill Bill's 5,6,7,8's would've worked better than The Stripes :P

Random Hero - September 21, 2008 01:05 PM (GMT)
Not even close to being as good as You Know My Name. I still think Goldfinger has the best theme song.

I checked the movie at Wiki and i saw that the running time was only an hour 46 minutes which in my opinion is kinda short compared to casino royales 2 hours and 15-20 minutes,
also the movies budget is significantly higher than Casino Royale's 76 million dollars more!!

I hope that that doesn't translate into the movie turning into a fireworks display with something blowing up every 2 to 3 minutes, and the idea of martin campbell not directing has me worried also

I have really high hopes for this one. And i would be really be disappointed if its not at least as good as Cr was

thoughts??

106 minutes is still plenty of time, I don't think it needs to be more than 2 hours long to be good. I think the extra money was used for stunts, Casino Royale spent most of its time at a card table and walking around a hotel smashing the odd mirror
