Title: Myer-Briggs Personality Test
Description: do it now
dave_cool31 - April 18, 2008 11:46 AM (GMT)
Someone told me to do this personality test thing today, and I was surprised by how accurate the result was... Anyway, I think you guys should all do it and post your results - there's a few sites that have similar tests, but
here's the one that I took (I took another similar one and got the same result)
My result was INFJ, btw - apparently only about 1% of the population has that personality type... I was freaked out by how accurately it described me, too...
Resident-Seven - April 18, 2008 03:24 PM (GMT)
I got INFJ too, so we're currently at 100% lol
Ninja Catfish - April 18, 2008 04:07 PM (GMT)
Heh, i remember doing that a few years back.
I'll try it out again sometime tomorrow methinks.

I feel lame for being such a 'slightly' guy. :P Apparently, only 2-3% have this personality trait; I'd make a great entrepreneur, and most are drawn into my 'grand schemes'. :D

I suppose to a large extent these are accurate when you read the descriptions of each. But everyone is different in their own little ways.

There's a lot of introverts up in here lol. It's not necessarily 100% accurate - there's no way you can clump people into one of sixteen possible personality combinations with 100% accuracy, but I'm pretty impressed with how accurate it is for how general it seems. But, for example, it says that I'm an introvert, but at the same time, in the right setting I can be very outgoing - it's just because I selected yes for questions like "do you need a lot of time by yourself to recharge your energy?" or whatever the question was, and stuff like that. I do need and value alone time, but at the same time, I'm definitely not a full introvert, I'm very social sometimes, but sometimes I don't feel like talking to people.
It seems to be pretty accurate in the other things it says about my personality type, though...

Wow, that is very me :nooo:
dave_cool31 - May 1, 2008 12:34 PM (GMT)
yeh, from what I've found, when you read the descriptions of all of the personality types, they seem pretty accurate - I've had one friend do it, though, and it didn't sound much like him. I've read that the test is about 70% accurate, so he must have been in the other 30%...
Andy: here's what a google search revealed about your result:
