Worth getting? I found one pretty cheap locally and just wondering whether or not it's worth my time? Any games to recommend would be great. :)

I say yes, if only for the awesome retro factor.
I had limited experience, but I have fond memories of playing Sega Rally Championship on my cousins Saturn!

Short answer: depends

If you're looking for a casual get-a-few-cheap-games-and-call-it-a-day type experience, I'd actually say it's probably not worth it. Certainly not as worth it as if you were to really explore the system's many solid and underrated titles. The more you're willing to commit, the more I'd recommend getting a Saturn. This could be said of all systems, really, but for the Saturn IMHO it's magnified.
