I have the American/Aus one (Ironically had German Warnings on the Cartridge), which is a big mashup between Bleach DS 1st and 2nd.
I'd say wait for the second American Release, it was announced sometime last week. It's better than the first Bleach DS game and you fight Hollows and stuff.
Even then, it's a fantastic 2D Fighter, great for the bus trip. :)

DS slot: Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney (still playing through this one)
GBA slot: the GBA slot dealy that comes with the DS Lite - I don't like keeping GBA games in there, because they stick out, and interfere with the DS Lite's unspoiled sexiness.
I haven't played my DS for a while - I played it on the train into the city a bit over a week ago, but I haven't really had much time other than that...

Slot 1: New Super Mario Bros
Slot 2: Metroid Fusion
I'm almost near the end of NSMB, about halfway through World 8. Of course there are two Worlds I haven't been to yet so I'll visit those after finishing it and I also want to try and get all 3 of those coins in every level if I can, so I still have a bit to do in the game.
As for Metroid, it's Metroid and I'm Nismo - there's no explanation needed. That said, I'm going back through it slowly after finishing Zero Mission not too long ago.
