Link without any doubt, from my very first experience with OoT, even backtracking through the old snes and nes titles didn't change my opinion, just reinforced it. Greatest character ever.

Samus Aran.
No one, and I mean no one beats her. She is the ultimate.

The guy in my avatar (crono) from the snes rpg chrono trigger, still my favourite game of all time, let alone my favourite character. Anyone who hasn't played this should be ashamed of themselves. :fight:

L-Block From Tetris
but seriously, i'd have to say one of my favorite game characters would have to be the 'king of all cosmos' from katamari damacy, we <3 katamari, me & my katamari, and the upcoming beautiful katamari; i love his utter stupidity at times, and his randomness

Saren from Mass Effect. Even though he was a total evil-doer, I couldn't help but think that he had a heart deep down. Sort of reminded me a lot of Macbeth. Such a badass.
