Title: Actor's Best Movie : Brad Pitt
Random Hero - February 12, 2008 02:48 AM (GMT)
Will change actor every week, first up is one of my fav's Jim Carrey. I'll tally them up once voting dies of a bit. :)
The Truman Show and Liar Liar were my two favourite movies of his. If I have to pick just one, I'll go with The Truman Show.
I found Eternal Sunshine to be overrated. The movie was just so repetitive.
OldSkOoL - February 12, 2008 03:36 AM (GMT)
Ace Ventura, without a doubt is my favourite Jim Carey movie.
It's the movie that introduced me to his style of comedy and I could watch it again and again.
Honourable mentions are Liar Liar and Lemony Snickets.

Dumb and Dumber
I'm serious too, that movie just gets me laughing.
Qubert - February 12, 2008 08:37 AM (GMT)
Eternal Sunshine.
Cable Guy would probably be second.
Quatters - February 12, 2008 08:38 AM (GMT)
Arnold Schwarznegger.
With such a lauded career it's hard to choose one, but I'd say Commando is the top.
OldSkOoL - February 13, 2008 12:09 AM (GMT)
I believe we were talking about Jim Carey here Quatters!
Quatters - February 13, 2008 07:26 AM (GMT)
Isn't it just general actors, and Jim Carrey was just the first discussed?
Random Hero - February 13, 2008 08:25 AM (GMT)
I'm going to tally up votes for a week on which is jim carey's best movie according to evo. Arnie can be next week if you want. :)
Quatters - February 14, 2008 09:28 AM (GMT)
Awesome.
For Jim Carrey I vote ESOTSM.
Cubeoid - February 17, 2008 11:23 AM (GMT)
I'm going with The Truman Show.

Carrey was great in man on the moon. It doesn't follow suit with the rest of his films. It's not the classic watch-over-and-over-again Carrey movie, but his performance was fantastic. As was Courtney Love's and Paul Giamatti's.
FreakTrigger - February 18, 2008 06:01 AM (GMT)
Man on the Moon - it absolutely has to be.
Carrey can be a phenomenal actor when he's playing a role which requires more than facial elasticity.
Random Hero - February 19, 2008 08:15 AM (GMT)
I'll change this to arnie tomorrow. :D
FeralOni - February 26, 2008 04:48 AM (GMT)
i'd have to say that 'the truman show' was his best film; studied it in year 12 media, and never got sick of it; so well written and well played
Random Hero - February 29, 2008 05:26 AM (GMT)
Ok seems truman show is the favourite here. Now what about the man mountain Arnold Schwarzenegger? I'd have to say Predator, this movie never ever gets old, it's just brute action done sooo well.
Quatters - February 29, 2008 09:36 AM (GMT)
Commando.
Truly a masterpiece of the cinema.
Ninja Catfish - February 29, 2008 12:34 PM (GMT)
Predator.
You must get to the chopper, because it's going to blow.
I have a strange want to see Jingle All The Way also.
Drake - February 29, 2008 01:55 PM (GMT)
Terminator 2, captivated me as a kid and still does today. James Cameron's best movie to date.
Cubeoid - March 2, 2008 02:05 AM (GMT)
I have to go with Terminator 2. It's a fantastic action movie. Predator would be my second choice.
/backslash - March 2, 2008 06:05 AM (GMT)
Terminator 2 - I've yet to actually watch Predator from start to finish
Random Hero - March 18, 2008 04:25 AM (GMT)
Terminator 2 it is! I had a sneaking suspicion it may end up that way. Such a popular movie with everyone.
Ok guys how about Russell Crowe? Easily LA Confidential. He showed off some very good physical acting, and put on a powerful performance. Wicked film all around. :)
Cubeoid - March 20, 2008 11:24 AM (GMT)
Gladiator for me. It was epic. EPIC!
Robert - March 22, 2008 01:26 AM (GMT)
If you seen Gladiator at the movies it would be your choice, as cuboid said it was just epic. EPIC!
Inquisitor - March 22, 2008 08:48 AM (GMT)
Gladiator or A Beautiful Mind for me. Amazing actor, and amazing films.
Random Hero - April 29, 2008 05:30 AM (GMT)
Ok, how about the pretty boy himself Brad Pitt? Even though he's a pin up boy the guy can act and I really can't go past seven. Still one of the most thrilling movies i've ever seen. Pitt's performance is just outstanding, oscar worthy imho.
Cubeoid - April 29, 2008 07:47 AM (GMT)
I'll have to go with Fight Club for this one. It was a bit strange but pretty damn enjoyable.
Resident-Seven - April 30, 2008 05:13 PM (GMT)
Mr. & Mrs. Smith for me. Fuck I love that movie, lol
Xonic64 - April 30, 2008 07:09 PM (GMT)
Ocean's Eleven. Loved Pitt in that one.
Random Hero - May 1, 2008 07:28 AM (GMT)
Pretty minor role though...almost a cameo really.
