Title: First game you got per system?
Robert - October 13, 2007 06:46 AM (GMT)
What were the first games you got for each system you own (or have owned)? Also, as of today, which do you like the most/least out of your list?
SNES- Super Mario World
N64- Blast Corps
Gamecube- Metroid Prime
Wii- Rayman (not counting Sports)
Gameboy- Final Fantasy Legend
DS- Advance Wars DS
PSX- Resident Evil
PS2- Twisted Metal Black
Like most: Advance Wars DS (I know, odd choice)
Like least: Twisted Metal Black

Don't know for sure but...
Sega Master System II - Alexx the Kidd
Sony Playstation - Spyro the Dragon
Xbox - Sega GT 2002/Jet Set Radio Future
Xbox 360 - Gears of War/PGR/Kameo
dave_cool31 - October 13, 2007 08:20 AM (GMT)
I'll try to remember, but some of them I'm just not sure of, mostly because I was really young and some of them (like the Playstation) my brother bought, and so that makes it harder to remember...
NES - The Jetsons - I'm pretty sure about this one, but we might have gotten more than one game with it, possibly Puzznic as well...
Gameboy - Tetris
SNES - Donkey Kong Country
N64 - I'm really not sure, but it was probably Super Mario 64...
PSX (don't have the PSX anymore...) - this one I'm not sure of, either, but I have a feeling it might have been Crash Bandicoot, unless it was Tony Hawk, I'm really not sure...
PS2 (don't have the PS2 anymore...) - might have been Gran Turismo 3, but I think I was more interested in the demo of SSX, which also came with it.
GameCube - Super Smash Bros. Melee (closely followed by Wave Race: Blue Storm)
Wii - Rayman Raving Rabbids and LoZ: TP (neither of which I have anymore...)
GBA - Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2
DS - Wario Ware Touched, but I returned it and got Super Mario 64 DS because Wario Ware didn't last long enough for only one game
Out of all of them, I'm having trouble deciding between Donkey Kong Country, Super Smash Brothers Melee and Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2 on GBA, they're all awesome games, so I refuse to pick just one!
EDIT: two I forgot...
Xbox: Halo (it came in a pack, I don't think we kept it for very long, though, I don't think we got any other games with it, either)
Xbox 360: PGR3, DOA 4 and Gears of War
Ali G - October 13, 2007 09:44 AM (GMT)
N64 - Banjo-Kazooie
Gameboy Color - Pokémon Blue
Gameboy Advance - Mario Kart: Super Circuit
Gamecube - Star Wars: Rogue Squadron II: Rogue Leader
DS - WarioWare Touched!
Wii - The Legend of Zelda: The Twilight Princess
Decman - October 13, 2007 10:56 AM (GMT)
PC - Pfft, I really can't remember that far back. I think it was Caesar III.
Playstation - Crash Bandicoot/Rage Racer
GBC - Pokemon Blue
N64 - Pokemon Stadium
Megadrive - My brother's friend gave this to me, so, it came with Sonic, Mortal Kombat, Ecco the Dolphin, Brian Lara Cricket '96 and Pete Sampras Tennis. :P
GBA - Super Mario Advance
PS2 - Tekken 4
Xbox - Project Zero/MechAssault
Xbox 360 - The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
Wii - (excl. Wii Sports)...The Legend of Zelda: The Twilight Princess/Rayman Raving Rabbids
My least favourite is probably Raving Rabbids. Jesus, there's a game I've wanted to throw out the window. So, horribly, horribly broken. My most favoured is...hmm...probably Oblivion or Super Mario Advance.

/backslash - October 17, 2007 11:58 AM (GMT)
PC - Theme Park on 12 floppy disks!
NES - Super Mario Bros, duh
SNES - Super Mario World (came with the console)
N64 - Waverace 64, awesome game!
Wii - Does Wii sports count? No? Well then it was Zelda, my one and only purchase aside from Wii Play
XBOX - Umm...Shenmue 2 & Jet Set Radio Future at the same time
PSone - Ridge Racer Revolution? Not sure
PS2 - Final Fantasy X closely followed by GTA3, I was pretty late getting into the PS2 purchase
GAMEBOY - Old gray brick which DIDN'T come with Tetris so I bought one off my brother's friend for $5 since he had 3 copies after previous Gameboy destructions
DS - Phoenix Wright, Trauma Center & Brain Training (at the same time)
Best: Super Mario World (damn tough choice, I still consider Theme Park to be an awesome game too for its age)
Worst: Ridge Racer Revolution (its basically 1 track that has alternative routes, mirrored and reversed) I also think FFX is in this category as well
dave_cool31 - October 17, 2007 12:44 PM (GMT)
backslash, you're doing it wrong, your best/worst is supposed to be only out of the first game you bought for each system, not every game you've ever owned :P
Also, Random Hero, Diddy Kong Racing was great, how can you call it your worst?
Oh and Ninja Catfish has brought back vague memories of Croc, I did play it once years ago, I seem to recall it blowing me away at the time, too.

SNES- Super Mario Allstars Absolutely brilliant!
N64- Mario Kart 64 We also had 4 controllers. MUlti-player bliss!
PSX- FFVII One of the reasons why we got a PSX and my Nintendo fanboyism transformed into multi-platform fanboyism
PS2- GTA:VC Such a good game!
GCN- Zelda:WW Shiggy proved us wrong, it was a beautiful game
XBOX- Fable + Forza Fable and Forza were both fun, but not classics
GB- I think it was a Bomberman game but with Wario... It was quite good, or at least I think it was...
GBA- Mario Kart I think... or it could have been Zelda:LTTP Both were brilliant!!
DS- Mario 64 DS + Zoo Keeper MK64DS was quite average. It's a bit dated and the control scheme didn't work on the DS. ZK however is a tops puzzle game!
PSP- Monster Hunter Freedom 2 Fighting giant monsters=win!

Actually thats strange, you said your first wii game was Twilight Princess, thats impossible,Wii comes with Wii sports, that should have been your first game....
NismoR34 - November 12, 2007 05:02 PM (GMT)
If he bought Twilight Princess alongside his Wii purchase and then chose to play TP first before Wii Sports, then no you're wrong - Twilight Princess was his first game.
Just because Wii Sports is packaged with the console doesn't mean it's going to be the first played...
borgster101 - November 13, 2007 01:23 AM (GMT)
I know I played TP first when I bought my Wii :D
Well actually, first thing I did was made my Mii, though thats not really a game ..
