I always thought it was N64 exclusive.
And they didn't go crazy with the marketing (naming babies) until Evolution.

I believe there was a PC version of Turok 1 and Turok 2.
N64 was console exclusive, but Rage Wars and Turok 3 were N64 exclusive.

It was an alright game but I found that the single player just got too damn boring after awhile. Yes the weapons were cool and throwing a circular blade and cutting off a raptors head is damn cool too but eh...
