This weeks poll is slightly off topic hence It's position in this forum. Although I've never been put in that kind of situation, somehow I just know I would react if I awoke to strangers in my house. As long as I could tell the burglar was completely weaponless, I can confidently say I'd put up a some sort of fight. I mean, who wouldn't have a dig if their gaming setup was in jeopardy? :P

I'd be able to use my video game collection against them!

First i'd smack them in the face with the Atari 2600, poke him in the eyes with a N64 controller, whack him in the nuts with a dual shock controller then hurl snes cartridges at him ninja star style. Then when he's down for the count I'd tie him up with controller cords and av cables.

I'd use NES games & controllers instead of Snes, they have some nice sharp corners. I'd put up some sort of fight but considering my PS2 is on the brink of death and there's only 3 PS2 games I wouldn't really care too much. Even including my DS collection there's only about 10 games altogether, hardly worth dying for the buggers :P

If they tried taking my xbox... good luck to them. It'd weigh them down so much, they'd probably throw their back out.

Considering my games and stuff are covered on the contents insurance, I don't see any point taking any more risks than is necessary.

But they can carry their own loot. Stuff them

I don't know many people who could take on a 360 power brick and come out on top. :P

I was actually thinking this morning that a gamecube would be a pretty handy weapon. It's thick, has corners and even has a handle! It's made for self defence! Plus if it's breaks I've still got my Wii to play cube games on :P

I never owned a NES, but Master System controllers and cartridges are pretty boxy and sharp!
