
Gaming has come a very long way, from its humble beginings in the 60's to the multibillion industry it is today, a whole history of triumphs and failings. 1UP has celebrated this special aniversary with an interesting feature on how it all started. Its still good to know a bit on how it all started just to be in the know. If it weren't for these guys you wouldn't have that Wii boucing in you avatar, it'd probably be a dancing Hitler or something. :P
But I agree when you say all this retro nostaligia and hardcore classic gaming shit is boring and stupid. Reading about is okay but trying to say people who retro-game are cooler is fucking idiocy! Like those assholes that wear Atari shirts. I hate it.
