The biggest file I ever downloaded was a full package of episodes 1-250 of One Piece, that baby was 77 gigs, took me like a month. After it was downloaded I deleted it after a few days...

Err... CNC3 demo was 2 or 3 GB.
WoW patches for the game I never ended up playing ranked up there in the gigs.

One of the torrents I was downloading corrupted and I ended up downloading 7GB worth of rubbish data over night.

Getting all of One Piece is not a single file :P
My single biggest at the moment, non multiple episode / files would have to be Fedora Core 6, at around 3.5GB in about 1 hour.

ISP doesnt matter, it's possible on any of the current 8mbit plans from various providers.
