Title: Movies you haven't seen
Description: and don't ever plan on seeing. Ever.

Qubert - January 1, 2007 03:11 AM (GMT)
And I mean that it's likely that you'll live a full life without ever touching one of the films you list.

Titanic
Ken Park
Donnie Darko (Director's Cut)
The Butterfly Effect (Theatrical Version)
The Pest
She's All That (and any other teen comedy that knocks off Shakespeare or classic stories)
most generic sports films
any new movie Andrew Niccol is involved with
modern family-oriented Christmas movies (Deck the Halls, Christmas with the Kranks, Unaccompanied Minors, etc)
Saw 4 through 57 (unless they start having sequels like Saw in Space or Saw in da Hood)

Inquisitor - January 1, 2007 10:01 AM (GMT)
Titanic huh... I don't know how you can't of seen it.

You can't NOT want to see it... who cares if it's got DiCaprio - it's a great movie.

D43M0N - January 1, 2007 11:05 AM (GMT)
Titanic is actually a half decent movie. Watch it, even if you rent it or "borrow" it from the interwebs. The last 30 minutes is one of the best CGI sequences ever, holding up today when it was done in 1996/1997.

Also, Donnie Darko is essential viewing. If you mean you have seen the original, and won't touch the directors cut, you aren't missing out on much, but it does explain a few things better and has more character exposition, which is worthwhile watching if you liked the original.

Jackie - January 5, 2007 04:38 AM (GMT)
Only movies that game out after 2006 that I haven't seen.

True Slash - January 9, 2007 04:13 AM (GMT)
The butterfly effect is actually pretty good.

The movies I shall never watch would be:
all movies about someone trying to help ghetto kids
teen movies
any stupid action movie with a chick dressed up in Latex with no plot or story just random special effects

Midna - January 9, 2007 07:05 AM (GMT)
Pink Flamingos.

*shudder*

Q u a r a n t i n e - January 10, 2007 04:31 AM (GMT)
South Park
or any of the Jackass movies

Elenwye - January 11, 2007 04:55 AM (GMT)
Snakes. On a fucking plain.
I would much rather hav each of my fingers lowered into a meat grinder one by one. >X

I would have mentioned High school musical, but I was far too green to it's suck and watched it.
And my sister loves it. Sings the dumb songs 24/7.

"I have pornstar powers! My tits will destract the enemy!"
"I'm not fighting unless I see a crocodile!"
"We're too cute to fight! Tee-hee!"
"Maybe I can bore the enemy using some witty poor comedy"

I refuse to watch any movie with the leading star being Leonardo Decaprio (he was actually bearable in The Departed luckily thanks to a big cast), Hugh Grant, Heath Ledger or Nicole Kidman.

idlbmp - January 17, 2007 10:58 AM (GMT)
The LOTR movies. I know they are supposed to be genius but I have no interest in ever watching one of them.

Eithne_Flame - January 19, 2007 04:47 PM (GMT)
The LOTR movies. They're supposed to be 'So great' but I just don't like them. They sound boring.

Aww... why Adam Sandler!!!?

Mine would have to be anything that is about a music artist trying to go actor/actress. Most of them are crap... Some of them are alright.. but those are few and far between...

zsa-zsa tofu - April 13, 2007 05:33 AM (GMT)

Exactly. It was really retarded. I don't plan on seeing that, either.

Texta - April 13, 2007 01:34 PM (GMT)
Ken Park was a decent movie. Apocalypse Now if freaking amazing and everyone should watch it! Donnie Darko, well I've seen it, but it's a pile of crap and while the concepts of the movie are lame, I admit that part of it completely perplexes me: Why do people like it?

Anyway, one movie that I'm never ever going to see is American Psycho 2. Being a big fan of Brett Easton Ellis and American Psycho the idea of a cash in straight to video sequel (ridiculed by Brett) makes me physically ill.

chi*skittles - May 15, 2007 06:40 AM (GMT)
Movies I won't see anytime soon consist of Snakes on a Plane, Spider-Man 3 and any CHristmas movies (my parents killed that for me).

Random Hero - May 31, 2007 12:52 PM (GMT)
The Departed
Apocalypse Now

Random Hero - May 31, 2007 12:57 PM (GMT)
Oops, those were meant to be in squato's thread. Sorry.
