Devil May Fry

Basically it's like Guitar Hero, but instead of a guitar, you use a keyboard! Pretty addictive to play and free too!

How to Play

1. Use the ASDF keys to press on the strings

2. Strum the guitar by hitting spacebar

3. Hit the sparks by holding down the keys for strings with a spark and strumming the guitar with the spacebar as the spark(s) pass over the sweet spot

How to Play - Advanced

1. Hitting sparks successfully fills up your Rock-o-meter; hitting the sparks more accurately within the sweet spot grants more points and more rock-o-meter gauge

2. When your rock-o-meter is full, hold down all four strings and strum the guitar to activate Righteous Mode

3. While Righteous Mode is active, all points earned are doubled

4. Smack the Devil's uvula around with the mouse cursor for extra points and to fill up the Rock-o-meter gauge

Then sign up for this forum - http://www.fretsonfire.net/cgi-bin/ikonboard.cgi? - and download the GH song packs converted to Frets on Fire. So much cooler.

There's also Freetar Hero. A direct copy of Guitar Hero, just less jazzy as it's v0.01 :P

I like the real version better when your holding the guitar, its pretty fun. My friend always get mad cuz he's better then me at real guitar but im betetr then him at guitar hero..

of course the real version is better but it costs an arm and a leg, this is a great idea
