Title: The anti-bitch board
Description: ie. good stuff

SMIThouse - May 6, 2004 07:48 AM (GMT)
Anything positive you wish to share, good deeds you want to brag about, finding five bucks on the ground...

my anti-bitch is that I seem to have gotten over the symptoms of tonsilitis in one day, and I can go back to school next week :D

Comrade Natrak - May 6, 2004 07:51 AM (GMT)
I'm having a good day, I finished school early and have a day off ahead of me so there's not much that can spoil my mood. On top of this I feel I really made a fair amount of progress with my Graphics Outcome which is due in only 3 or so weeks

josh - May 6, 2004 08:31 AM (GMT)
1. I wasn't at school today.

2. I'm in love.

Kid A - May 6, 2004 08:37 AM (GMT)
let's see....

I counterbalanced my English to a B today! yaaay!

(Debut post!)

Ah, now this is a cool thread. :D

Last Saturday I finished the musical I was in with the last performance at night. That night was every cast member's best performance and there wasn't one mistake. It all went insanely well and I got truckloads of compliments for days afterwards. Leading up to then I was wondering whether it was all worth it, but judging by public reaction is was more than worth it.

Plus, I got to play the comic relief character, which is always fun. ;)

Shouldn't that be in the bitch thread? :P

I hope it works out for you man, but more often than not, it ends up being something we bitch about. Good luck though. ;)

Machiavelli - May 6, 2004 09:57 AM (GMT)
Nice thread. :)

I've pretty much completed my Michael Jackson portrait which I was commissioned to paint. I'm not the biggest fan, but seeing as i'll be recieving a cool $500 i'm not complaining. :)

OldSkOoL - May 6, 2004 10:03 AM (GMT)
It's my birthday tomorrow, 19 years of age. That means presents and fun stuff like getting drunk. Also Happy B'day for Xamerkapsy as well who is 18 tomorrow.

On another note I've been with my girlfriend of current for 7 months and still going strong. I can honestly say that I'm in love and have been for a while now. The only drawback is we don't get to see each other much. That would really belong in the bitch board but I'm in a fairly happy mood. :D

Beast - May 6, 2004 10:11 AM (GMT)
The steak I cooked today was soooo good! I'm tempted to eat steak every day! The more steak I eat, the more rare I like it!

Also Corona rules and I'm going back to tassie for the weekend. :D

I'm in a fairly good mood today. Should have been studying but felt like pulling out the old 64 and had a few solid hours of Conkers Bad Fur Day. Man I love that game.

Good luck dude. I know what things are like when it doesn't work out.

TGIF

I realise its not friday but school is over for the day, tomorrow will be friday so until then I can bludge.

Oh yeh, my school got a virus on wednesday and me, being so 1337 was in a group of other semi-1337's gathered to remove it. Got me off the whole day cept one period! :D

josh - May 6, 2004 11:32 AM (GMT)
Pauly, Moggo. Thanx dudes, it means a lot to me.

Here's another positive thing:

These forums kick arse. I'm heaps into them, kinda like I used to be with Hyper... I don't post an enormous amount, but I'm gonna stick around for a while.

As do I. I still think in it's genre, it's unmatched. I own it, but if the upcoming Xbox version contains a considerable amount of new gameplay and chapters, I'll probably pick both it and an Xbox up. That's how much I love it. :D

Pauly - May 6, 2004 01:39 PM (GMT)
I'll be picking it up on Xbox regardless. The 'uncut' material is enough to get me to buy it, let alone the awesome LIVE action that takes up the majority of the game. It's up there with some of my all time favourites. Playing it today reminded me how much I love Rare.

Rhinokorous - May 7, 2004 10:57 AM (GMT)
I'm having a great day, not only is my bro 19 and I'm happy that he's stoked but I posted some of my pictures on the net and showed them off to some people and they really loved it!!! They said that my pencil work was great yay!!!! Oh good gog you guys have no idea how much I love hearing compliments cause I don't get much of them at home.

Sytadel - May 7, 2004 01:16 PM (GMT)
Life is good, right now. Almost everything's working like a well oiled machine.

Ghosty - May 7, 2004 01:24 PM (GMT)
My toe's infected. I've spent the last two hours hunched over in pain, with a needle and a pair of well curved scissors, trying to extract puss.

Pain. Not the mention the fact that I have a soccer game tomorrow, 9am, and my team's relying on me - I'm the captain

SMIThouse - May 7, 2004 01:29 PM (GMT)
This is the anti bitch board, ghostrecon. Unless you're into self mutilation, that is...

My parents talked me out of killing myself yesterday. Go them!

Cerebral - May 8, 2004 12:21 AM (GMT)
On the smooth shiny surface, everything appears to be fine. And isn't that the most important of all?

<_<

Heh heh. Oh, wait, are you serious?

Kaorikaze Chimi - May 8, 2004 04:14 AM (GMT)
I wouldn't expect anyone would joke about that sort of thing..

Junker - May 8, 2004 04:15 AM (GMT)
I made some really bitchin' canneloni the other night. I'm like a Canneloni King.

Parties and fun and goodness tonight. Sehr gut!

josh - May 8, 2004 07:02 AM (GMT)
Me and Coco are going to write a musical, which will run worldwide for about 15 - 20 years. Presumably, it might be more though.

That'll be fun! It'll be everything the Phantom of the Opera isn't... Badass!

SMIThouse - May 18, 2004 03:32 AM (GMT)
If I get good grades(Unlikley, but possible), I get a TV in my room :woot:

Sweating Bullets - May 18, 2004 04:12 AM (GMT)
This is cetainly a *interesting* time in the life of SB.

My job is going well. Depending on how lunch goes tomorrow, things could be a whole lot better. =)

Film Guru - May 18, 2004 05:56 AM (GMT)
I guess I may as well say that life's going great! Aquaticus is slowly coming together nicely, and I'm getting awesome inspiration from small bits of various movies as to how to approach the tone and stylings of certain scenes. Still got a long way to go yet, but now it's definately looking gooooooooood! :D

Ghost Boy - May 18, 2004 08:04 AM (GMT)
After a couple of stupidly busy weeks where a fair load of other peoples pressure was put on me due to their inability to handle it, I've got my head above the clouds and seem to be humming along rather nicely. I'm taking a day off tomorrow so thing should be uber-shmick and my brain can have a great day of rest and relaxation. I'm one to stay busy though, so it won't be long before I stick my nose back into things again.

Life's very good right now.

SMIThouse - May 22, 2004 01:41 AM (GMT)
the teachers are already making us revise for the mid year tests, which I never do (and somehow still manage to get decent marks) so theres a lot less work to be doing :P

And I just downloaded the themes from zelda :woot:

Film Guru - May 22, 2004 02:00 AM (GMT)
Well, the following anti-bitch revolves around my writing again (Doesn't my entire life? :P ).

I decided to spend a day pondering the best way to get to the draft stage and I analysed how my own mind works. After much pondering I worked out a seven stage way of getting to the first draft phase (I did start it at one point, but dropped it in favour of planning it more). Now I've found it's all coming together nicely ten times faster! I'm so damn happy!

Woot! :woot:

I got 82% for my trial Psychology 3 and 4 exam when i've only just started to do my revision and can improve a lot more still :)

LIFE IS SWEET LADIES AND GENTLEMEN!!

Everything is going great except I have a bruised tailbone and it hurts like hell.

My grades are good, except maybe Biology and Maths but I'm working on them, and apparently I just completed one of the best exams my english teacher has ever seen.

She now wants me to do extension english and extension english one but I have a timetable dillemma (sp) I will save that for the bitch board (stay tuned folks :P)

Yeah all up its good, I think I'm falling in love with a good friend and I'm not sure I want to but I reckon I'll let whatever was meant to happen, happen.

Ghosty - May 26, 2004 11:31 AM (GMT)
I had two chicks hanging off me at this party just recently - but somehow, I'm not as pleased as I thought I'd be? Should I be or...

Anyway. I guess everything's pretty good at the moment. School's just school. Oh. My back is all out of place. Not good

NismoR34 - May 26, 2004 12:04 PM (GMT)
I'm finally enjoying gaming the way I want too, and I feel fucking awesome because of it!! GT4P tomorrow!!!! :D

Yeah, I know how you mean duder. I'm playing every now and then and going through games at my own pace, and really enjoying it. It's nice to be playing games without beating them to death.

There's this girl I know, and I think I might ask her out soon. We've become pretty good friends lately and I don't know how long I can keep in that I've got the heebie jeebies for her. I think Heebie Jeebies is when you're scared of someone. I don't know. Either way, I just need to work out how I'm gonna go about it. If she says yes... I'll be a very happy Sytadel. If she says no... well, that's the great thing, I think I'm capable of getting over it.

University is going well. I'm spending ~8 hours a day there, so I'm glad to be working harder now. My Grade average, aside from Maths, is about 75-80%. Maths is about 60% [NB: It's actually closer to 80%, but my final exam will probably only be a just-pass].
