Evolution's Forum Banner Competition

Basically, the competition involves creating your own Evolution Forum banner, obviously like the one you see presently at the top of the forums.

Currently the deadline is set for August 5th. When the cut-off point arrives, it will be left to the staff's discretion to decide on the best five entries. Once the top five have been revealed a poll will then take place in this thread, leaving the final decision with the community.

The rules for the banner are as follows:

• Obviously keep it gaming themed. No offensive material.
• Size: 940 pixels wide x 115 pixels high. (which is the best size for 1024x768 screens. Sorry to those on higher or lower resolutions)
• File size: Between 30-40kb - if you manage to animate it, cool.
• Download and use the "Sea Dog" font. It's the one being used. (2nd to last one)
• Try and match it up with the current skin as much as possible.
