I saw MI:3 last Saturday and found it to be a good, if not great, popcorn flick. The opening scene was fantastic and the whole film was really built around the Cruise/Hoffman interaction. Hoffman easily stood out as a fantastic villian and it was a little disappointing that he didn't get more screen time. The special effects and action sequences were top notch, as to be expected.

Ive been dieng to see that movie. It looks bad ass. Can't really judge it though because i havent seen it.
Scary Movie 4.
Yeah I personally did not like this one much at all, The plot line sucked so they put a bunch of jokes in it to make up for that. Some of them were funny and some were really lame as well. And of course they have a poop joke in there, which was pretty funny. But i would only give it a 7.5/10.. It might just be a movie that i will have to grow to like or see it enough to like it but it wasent nearly as good as the other 3.
Here are movies it ripped off..
1. SAW
2. The War Of The Worlds
3. The Grudge
4. The Village
There were plenty of faces from the over movies as well as some new comical characters.
I was kinda dissapointed i guess..

Well, Scary Movie 4 was not very good, but I'm thrilled they made fun of The Village. I have been dying to see a parody of that!

I watched some movie from the 30s at school. It was about some girl at an orphanage. Everyone else hated it but i kinda liked it.

Final Destination 3 for me, which I saw a week ago.
It was fairly good as far as I'm concerned but it was definitely the worst out of the 3. Didn't seem sadistic enough for my liking.

Same for me, and Hoffman was such a good villain. The bridge scene = awesome.

Seems we're already got another 'recent movie' thread so I'll lock this one up.
Feel free to direct any further recent movie seen/review discussions to the other thread. :)
