yeah.
they have different timings, but I can't remember what they are. Neither are very tight though. EDIT: CL2.5 and CL3, not sure about the others
OK. $10,000 ONO. There I've put a price.
Ok, say $60 for the ram and $120 for the card plus postage.
Oh and the card is obviously pci-e and will come in it's original box but probably only with the driver cd (those s-video connections and the like could be anywhere, but I can't be bothered tracking them down).
