Title: girls
Description: random girl discussion
Beast - August 1, 2005 02:48 PM (GMT)
Ok so a few nights ago at this party I met a cool girl. Actually I had met her before. She definitly has a big crush on me. Personally I'm not sure if I like her or not though. Also she's only 17 and I'm 21. I'm not worried too much about the age difference but I am worried about her maturity. If life has taught me anything it's that dating girls on a different maturity level will always end in problems.
Anyway since this forum is so dead and full of guys I thought some random girl discussion might generate the odd post :P

...g..irl...s? WTF? Stop making stuff up, Beast! :/
:P
I don't have a gf. But my friend has one.

Oh noes, this thread has cooties!
markymark - August 2, 2005 02:45 AM (GMT)
that livened up the forum real good :D

I've got a problem with immature chicks as well. There's this really cute friend of a friend I know, who does dig me, but I just don't want anywhere near it because she's just so immature. She belongs in that clueless movie. Thus the reason i've always liked older women.
[DZ] - August 2, 2005 03:38 AM (GMT)
I don't really dig chicks my age (20). I dig chicks like the one dating Ashton Kutcher. (sp?)

Word. I wouldn't say I'm leaps and bounds more mature than my age but I definitely dig girls who are a year or two older because of similar "ditzy" reasons.
evO - August 2, 2005 06:10 AM (GMT)
One thing i hate is chicks who act about 10 years younger than they are. That means the 12-18 y/o's who act like they are 2-8. It bloody pisses me right off when they put on those little voices that they believe are "oh-so-cute" but just come across as fucking stupid.
My girlfriend is 15 and i am 17. She has the tendency to go a little hyped sometimes, but mostly she is a lot more mature than the rest of her year level. She's great :)
[m]averick - August 2, 2005 07:13 AM (GMT)
I also dig these older chicks. Better talent.

You know 12 year old chicks who crap in their pants and cry if they don't get a lolly?

I'm probably the opposite. Not to say that I prefer immature girls, but I find most of the girls around my age of mid-20s to be too serious at times. You make a joke and they just stare. WTF? So I like the younger ones who are also younger at heart.
There's this chick at work I like - she's 22 but enjoys my jokes and shit. :P And she's unattached! The only problem - she's a smoker. :/
And on a related subject, this morning I was unfortunate enough to walk past a group of what looked like 12yo girls, who were smoking to obviously look cool. As soon as I walk past them, they stare at me and start giggling. I just groaned. -_- Makes you wonder if you acted like such a dickhead at that age hey?

Girls fucking suck!
Well.... not really, I have pretty much had enough of them though. Not a one has a sence of humor.

Girls sucking is a good thing I would have said. Especially in relation to fucking.
I think an ideal girl will be mature but have a sense of humour too - it seems that most girls I meet are just really silly/stupid or too serious :( There is no medium.
Sytadel - August 2, 2005 03:01 PM (GMT)
Although it's a paradox, I think most guys can probably say that they want a girl who's mature, but fun. Finding one that's either is easy, but finding one that's both - and knows when to be either - is harder.
~DC - August 3, 2005 03:32 AM (GMT)
I'd go as far to say as almost impossible.
[DZ] - August 3, 2005 03:46 AM (GMT)
And thats why we have a lot of gay guys around.
Serpentine - August 3, 2005 06:57 AM (GMT)
Well being 30 I don't like girls anymore. I have been married for 5 years next month. Met my wife when I was 19 and she was 20 (She is about 8 months older).
We became friends and it went on from there, moved in together after about 6 months and had a long engagement. Met in 1994 and married in 2000. We are both smokers so that works well, smoking was socially acceptable when we met. <_<
Prior to that had a relationship with a very mature 16 year old when I was 18. That was ok but the really fun one was the 24 year old I was seeing at 16
Pity she overdosed about a year later and died (I probably drove her to it).
Of course there were others but they aren't worth mentioning.

So you're saying that if you can't find a girl, go queer? Pass. I'd rather stay single forever.

How did ya manage that? Too bad it ended badly though.

I was with a 20y/o when i was 16 :D

Hello - August 3, 2005 10:23 PM (GMT)
Weird situation with a girl at the moment, but it's been pretty much covered in 'The Bitch Board'. We're mates at the moment, but shit might change in the next weeks/months. Not sure whether it will, but I'm happy with it now, because either way I should get a quality friend outta it, so that's cool.

She was the friend of friends sister and met her at a party.
She was pissed and kept feeling me up every time I went near her. Went out for a couple of months but she moved away. About a year later my friend told me she was found in a tolilet in Kings Cross. Was revived but didn't make it.
Beast - August 14, 2005 01:02 PM (GMT)
So on friday night I managed to fuck things up with a girl for the 4th time. Nothing serious because I've never got with her but every time this happens I think my chances go down. I can't even remember what I said and that's very frustrating. Actually I hope she just rejected a drunken come on rather than it being anything else. I don't know. I should be banned from ever drinking and banned from ever talking to girls. That way I'd be a much happier person I think. Or at least I wouldn't cause so many problems. Damn her. She was the one who came onto me first too. (that was the first time I fucked up)
[m]averick - August 14, 2005 09:32 PM (GMT)
Lol, I love this quote from bash.org and it reminds me of Hello and his best friend.
DragonflyBlade21: A woman has a close male friend. This means that he is probably interested in her, which is why he hangs around so much. She sees him strictly as a friend. This always starts out with, you're a great guy, but I don't like you in that way. This is roughly the equivalent for the guy of going to a job interview and the company saying, You have a great resume, you have all the qualifications we are looking for, but we're not going to hire you. We will, however, use your resume as the basis for comparison for all other applicants. But, we're going to hire somebody who is far less qualified and is probably an alcoholic. And if he doesn't work out, we'll hire somebody else, but still not you. In fact, we will never hire you. But we will call you from time to time to complain about the person that we hired.
Just so you know Hello, you can never get with your best friend now that you've slept in the same bed with her and there was NO sexual tension.
Good luck!

I slept with her Saturday night, and there was a bit of sexual tension. Especially when she showed me how to do pelvic thrusts properly (you've gotta have your back flat to the bed/floor) :P I'm still hugely attracted to her, and love her heaps, but I've finally come to the conclusion, in the past couple of weeks, that we'll never be together.

That's what I said I was going to do. Instead, I got really drunk Saturday night, and got it on with my ex-girl. Beer is bad.
Sytadel - August 15, 2005 02:09 AM (GMT)
I'm not really sure I could ever be friends with a girl I was seriously attracted to. It'd do your head in if every time you saw her your first thought was somewhere between "god I love her" and "I'd like to get the leg over that!". The key thing is you probably want to be off that spectrum entirely.
If I ever had unrequited (sp?) love with a girl, and I was 100% sure it was unrequited, I'd probably just have to stop being friends with her. Of course, if I was 99% sure, I'd probably continue being friends for all eternity out of vague and pathetic hope. Either that or I'd date some other girl to try and get over her.
my head hurts
Manny M - August 15, 2005 03:55 AM (GMT)
But then you wonder "what if when I get with someone else, she fesses up about liking you too, but it's too late because you don't want to break this new one's heart".
It's complicated, and I fucken hate it. (i'm in a similar situation).

Just listen to your heart. That's what I do.
Beast - August 15, 2005 04:22 AM (GMT)
Yeah. Would I look like a big arsehole if I picked up with a girl who I wasn't that interested in just to have a girlfriend until I meet somebody I do like?
Hey I'm young - relationships at this age are probably not going to last anyway :P
She want's to meet for coffee and I've said sure but she's probably not really my type (too silly. actually almost all girls are too silly). meh.
Reading over that I think I would be a bit of a bastard. Hmm.
Beast - August 15, 2005 04:24 AM (GMT)
ooo double post :)
Maybe I will think of it as giving her a chance and if she wins me over - huzzah. If not I will dump her in a snap :P

Are you just telling yourself that as an excuse to date her for the above reasons?
A girlfriend might seem fascinating at first but if you really don't like her enough to date her, the novelty will wear off pretty quickly.
_MetalliX_ - August 15, 2005 07:47 AM (GMT)
Since my love life is a tad complicated, (non-existant... take your pick) I thought I would just post a picture of the perfect woman.
evO - August 15, 2005 07:55 AM (GMT)
No, you've got it all wrong. This is the perfect woman
Warning: May cause offense to some!! I've given you a warning, so don't take any offense taken out on me :P.
But seriously, Jess Alba is the hottest chick ever born!!
What a mad remote!!
borgster101 - August 15, 2005 10:09 AM (GMT)
Well at least you posted a link, to that ahem 'woman'.
evO - August 15, 2005 10:12 AM (GMT)
*attempts to detect sarcasm*
It's so hard to tell whether someone is beign sarcastic or not, when it is in text :P. Well, sometimes.
borgster101 - August 15, 2005 10:14 AM (GMT)
Heh, thats why I edited my post, I think my contention is a bit more clear now ......... or is it?
evO - August 15, 2005 10:25 AM (GMT)
*shrugs* i'm going back to sleep :P.
Manny M - August 15, 2005 12:08 PM (GMT)
Actually my fav woman is Angelina Jolie without a doubt. Crazy thing will keep me interested long after the 'novelty' of awesome looks wears off.

It drives you insane. You're constantly analysing everything they say, so as to pick up on the slightest hint that something might happen. For example, on Saturday night we were talking about my ex-girl, and my best mate says something along the lines of, "She wasn't too friendly to me. She must see me as a block between you 2, or something like that." That's been playing over in my head for the past couple of days. It probably don't mean shit, and was just a throw away comment, but I don't know...
Getting a new girl doesn't work, I've tried that. I also tried to stop being friends with her, but that didn't work either. You think to yourself that the only way to get over her would be to find another her, but then you realise that all other chicks are fucked compared to her, and then your brain starts to hurt etc.
It keeps life interesting, though :P
