Title: The Evolution Film Trivia Comp.
Description: Round Eleven is up!

~DC - June 14, 2005 11:18 AM (GMT)
Thanks to Cubeoid who suggested the general idea, I've decided to launch a film trivia competition. Unlike Gnomey's which relied on audio files and predicting quotations I've tentatively decided to base this competition around anything related to films, whether it be how many movies a specific director has made, actors who have started their careers as extras, or even movies that have appeared on television in other movies! Hopefully this will allow for diversity and a broader playing field, with no question too obscure leaving everyone baffled and generally something for everyone.

At this stage there will be twelve rounds with the member who has the highest score after the twelve recieving a shiny green comp winner badge. It would also be recommended that searches through imdb, rottentomatoes, and even the Empire magazine aren't made, otherwise the competition will be over in next to no time.

If anyone has suggestions on how to improve the game or have good trivia questions send a PM my way. ;)

Exactly, honesty is the best policy in this case. :P If everyone cheats the game isn't going to last very long...

Nice work JJJames, spot on. ;)

jawbreaker982 - June 30, 2005 08:25 AM (GMT)
The only one I can think of is Annie Hall. So I am going to say one.

He was more often nominated for Best Screenplay, if memory serves me right.

Yeah it was one, but JJJames got in first jawbreaker. :P

Continuing with the Oscar theme...
