If I owned a radio station, I'd drive a dump truck of money up to Mick Molloy's house and force him to be on my station for 18 hours a day, spouting his champagne comedy continually.

Why is the quality so bad? There's a constant static/crackle in the background.

Molloy's never been that cool without Martin - it's like having chloride without the sodium: semi-amusing smarm but nothing dynamically funny. Actually, Martin's one line as Bowls Club PA Dude made Crackerjack (that tired Australiana shitbox) worth the hundred minutes.

Tony Martin joined Micky last Monday for a one-off special. It was tear-jerkingly wondrous. It did remind me of the halcygon days of Martin/Molloy, and how desperate I am for a return to those days.

It's on the cards, apparently. ;)
